Lets Enjoy with Healthy lifestyle!!!

ok.. tajuk cam gempak gile kan.. hahah surprisingly, berat saya dah mencanang canang dah ni.. tahap kronik.. cos segalanya bertambh.. kelebaran, kebesaran,kegebuan, kegemukan, keobesitian namun ketinggian tidak sekali.. hahaha. So, now saya perlu betul2 displin , tekad , bersungguh - sungguh mengamalkan cara makan dan gaya hidup yang sehat.. so, here are the few steps I've been taken for now : 1) bought kevin zahari e-book : siap beli pakej OK!.. 2) setup and plan the meals according to the e-book.. 3) keep exercise 4) activate my life with a good activity... 5) Dont be lazy 6) through out my cravenness to the dessertssss.... ( the toughest one) The first ebook from KEvin Zahari that i followed is 5kg 5weeks .... fuhhh.. kiranga 1 week = 1 Kg.. keep up a good work FAM!! U can do it!! insha Allah..... jangan separuh jalan + angan - angan mak jenin sudahhh.. guys, thans for wishing me luck!!
